Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

We ship everywhere around the world and your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. We never write anything on the packaging that would identify the contents of the package.
For Australian shipments, items are shipped in discreet plain packaging via Australia Post or Sendle which is trackable once it reaches the destination post office.
For international shipments, we offer shipping by Australia Post for all orders. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carrier at any time.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the timeframes we advertise, please make sure you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. The customer/recipient will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.

 

CUSTOMS

Please note that customs officials of any country are authorised to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments. Please be aware that we will not issue refunds/credits for seized items that are not returned to us. Contact customs officials in your country for the best information on how your order will be handled by them. Customs duties may or may not be imposed by customs officials in your country. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. We legally have to include a description of the contents on all international orders. Our descriptions are truthful but generic (NOT-sexually-related descriptions).

 

PROCESSING TIME

We want you to have your new product as soon as possible! All our products are handmade and made to your order, and after we craft them, we meticulously check even the smallest detail to make sure you receive a top-quality item. This is a time-consuming but necessary process.
Production time takes 5-10 business days, in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
Once we finish working on your item, we pack it up and send it to the post office. Then we share the tracking number with you so that you can follow your parcel.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.Raglia.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

 

ORDER DELAYS 

Sometimes things don't go as planned and delays happen. They occur rarely and usually are caused by factors that are outside of our control. Should this occur, we ask you to kindly remain patient and understanding.
To eliminate any possibility of a delay, please make sure you enter the correct delivery details. If the delivery time is already up and you still haven't received your package, please contact us at info@raglia.com so that we can see what went wrong.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY 

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, price and availability of our products on the websites and cancelling an order is the last thing we want to do.
In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all or a message indicating the item is out of stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may in fact be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled and our customer team would be happy to advise on an alternate item.

 

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

  1. We cannot grant a refund if your item is in transit.
  2. We will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers. If you have an error in your delivery address, it will cause significant delays. These orders are non-refundable.
  3. Once your order has been fulfilled, it’s no longer possible to change the shipping address, please double check your address before placing your order.
  4. For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to the corrected address.
  5. We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages once they are marked as “Delivered”. We don’t offer any refunds for stolen or misplaced orders. 
  6. Raglia reserves the rights to amend and change their shipping policy at any time.

We strive to get your products to you as soon as possible. Please take into account COVID-19 shipping delays when ordering as there may be a slight delay to your delivery which is out of our control.
