We have two styles which are a collar and a collar with a leash. The leather collar "Lisa" is made of premium leather with a wrist loop, which is elegant and sexy. It can be worn daily and can also be used for BDSM. We choose imported leather and the chain is made of high-quality durable material.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of adult products, items are not returnable unless the following conditions are met：
•A customer received the wrong item by our mistake.
•A customer received an item with a defect (each case is considered individually).
•A customer received an item of another colour by our mistake.

Shipping Policy
•Standard tracked shipping is usually $11.25 for all Australian orders.
•For International orders (with tracking), shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight.
•Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
•Australian orders over $100 will receive Free Tracked Shipping, International orders over $400 will receive a complimentary upgrade to Free Shipping.
Shipping Times
• Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. All Australian orders are shipped with AusPost or Sendle.
• Standard (tracked) shipping may take 3-7 business days once shipped to arrive at your doorstep.
• Express shipping within Australia can take 1-3 business days.
• For international orders, shipping can take from 15-30 business days, depending on the country. Tracking is provided.
• Please note: COVID and Holiday delays may apply which are out of our control. Please wait an extra 5 business days after our estimates before reaching out and contacting our team.
Notes
• We can not grant a refund if your item is in transit.
• We will not be responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect/incomplete address input by customers. If you have an error in your delivery address, it will cause significant delays. These orders are non-refundable.
• Once your order has been fulfilled, it's no longer possible to change the shipping address, please double check your address before placing your order.
• For re-delivery of any returned orders due to incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to the corrected address.
• It is not recommended to use a P.O box or Parcel locker for your delivery, please use a residential or work address if possible..
